Background : I hold a PhD in Information Science from USP, Brazil ,and Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and have more than 18 years of experience on scholarly publishing. Project Leader – Journals alignment to Open Science practices that includes data management. I am a member of the Executive Board of the SciELO Program and member of the Advisory Board of the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ).
