Workflow management and reproducibility

Round Table, São Paulo, Brazil

The FAIR Guiding Principles for scientific data management and stewardship (2016) have become a standard for workflow management for replicable and reproducible data projects. But how are these ideas implemented in daily data science projects, and what challenges are faced?

On the 25 March 2021 several PARSEC project data scientists from Brazil, France and the USA discussed their experiences in workflow management and reproducibility, what challenges they have faced, and how they have overcome them.

The Round Table can be viewed here http://wds.poli.usp.br/round-table-brazil-2021/ .  The recording can be found under the link marked ‘Re-Watch’.
